As you go about your day to day routine pay attention to how you feel. Focus on deliberately not reacting, just allow yourself to sit with any emotion that comes up for you. Let your ego fall away to enable you to consider what buttons are pushed.
There is no right or wrong way to feel. This is totally your experience.
Remember, of course, you are always responsible for your actions.
There is nothing you need share with anyone at this time. Just allow yourself to sit with feeling and thought.
Your mind will automatically search for reasons as to why you feel the way you do.
Notice any tendency toward a particular behaviour.
Now, consider your family, the work you perform, where you live, who you spend your time with and what you do for yourself…
Why did you choose all these things?
The simplest measures of insight and change can produce the greatest pleasures, right now.
Soon you will come to grasp how you can easily change feelings, emotional states and your state of mind, and lead a rich and fulfilling life.
